The latest pitch homosexuals are using to advance their cause is this: All who oppose their aberrant behavior, for whatever the reason, must cease and desist such opposition immediately. They are portrayed as the primary reason behind any and all violence done to homosexuals anywhere on the face of this planet, and under this scenario, perpetrators become the victims, and no question, the technique works!
The pro abortion crowd invented this approach (with the help of a loving media) several years ago. Our president has developed it into an art from. Here, in detail, is how it works.
First, engage in an activity, any activity, that most reasonable people object to. Adultery, sodomy, and putting one's offspring to death all fall into this category. Next, wait until some individual from the fringe takes matters into their own hands and wreaks some form of havoc on anyone engaging in the objectionable activity, such as bombing an abortion mill, harassing a homosexual or prosecuting an adulterer. Finally, equate anyone who opposes the objectionable activity with that member of the fringe element and voila, those who set the whole scenario into motion by engaging in the objectionable activity in the first place become victims worthy of pubic sympathy, and all opposition to their weird activities, accordingly, becomes politically incorrect! Neat, huh.
Thus, a letter in the state's largest newspaper today blames Michael Heath and the Christian Civic League for all violence to homosexuals only because Michael Heath (et al) read, and believe in, the Bible-horror of horrors. The letter writer conveniently ignores the fact that homosexuals themselves inflict more death and destruction on each other than all the Michael Heaths on the planet put together ever thought of, right? Think about that one for a moment.
U. S. abortion mills routinely take the lives of over 1,000,000 infants a year, filling plastic bags with the product of their services. These bags then get thrown into dumpsters behind the mill and get picked up with the rest of the trash, but whatever you do, don't speak out against the practice lest someone do something to stop, or even slow, the grisly practice! Again, those committing the crimes succeed in portraying themselves as victims, not perpetrators. They, of course, fully deserve your reverence and honor, a reward for their horrendous deeds.
Clinton, a married man with a child, engages in a sordid, year long, pornographic affair with a girl the same approximate age as his daughter, who is right upstairs, but he's not responsible for it, the whole thing is Judge Ken Starr's (Linda Tripp, Monica Lewinsky) fault! So effective has Clinton become at the technique that he is even going to get away with rape! He is, no doubt about it, the victim of a vast right wing conspiracy that Juanita Broaddrick is now a part of.
Remember the Waco Massacre? Clinton and his cohorts first surrounded (to prevent escape) an old wooden tinder box farmhouse. Then they assaulted it with CS gas, machine guns, flash bang grenades, armored vehicles, and tanks-surprise, surprise-it burns to the ground taking the lives of (80) poor souls with it. Then they cap it all off by blaming the Branch Davidians for setting themselves on fire!
Guess what! They got away with it. Amazing.
