The SEIU's fingerprints were all over the Press Herald's story last Friday on a group of about 200 folks protesting Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield's rate increase. But nowhere in the story was the union mentioned.
Instead, the reporter devoted much of his space to quoting the all-too-familiar and insipid chants by the protesters (Example: "Hey, hey, ho, ho, Anthem's greed has got to go") and the equally hackneyed comments from speakers, including Democratic state Rep. Sharon Treat, who seemed to be quoting from the Obama anti-insurance play book.
