Some people have things so neatly wrapped. And in such a complex world, too.
Suit to decide workplace 'hate speech'
By Julia Duin
THE WASHINGTON TIMES

The words "natural family," "marriage," "union of a man and a woman" can be punished as "hate speech" in government workplaces, according to a lawsuit that being appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
A U.S. District Court...ruling said the words "natural family" and "marriage" had "anti-homosexual import."
"This incredible and devastating ruling has...the...effect of silencing hundreds, if not thousands, of....employees who...wish to talk about marriage and family values."

Why doesn't the 9th district just come up with a list of words it's OK to say according to their version of the first ammendment. It would be much easier.
As I said at the beginning of this thread, the 9th district needs to be done away with.
America is in peril. We've got the 9th district on one end and Maine/Mass on the other.
The words "natural family," "marriage," "union of a man and a woman" can be punished as "hate speech" .
What next?
The words "popsicle" "fun day at the beach" and "puppy dog"?
How about, "Mom", "baseball" and "apple pie"? Will they be the next to go?
What's happened to common sense???
"cause in due time, i see a revolt comming on. "
about time.
Good decision.
