Apparently the dominoes are about to fall - Flynn pleads guilty Will testify

Former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn has plead guilty to lying to the FBI, and according to one report, will testify that then-candidate Donald Trump directed him to make contact with Russia.

Nearly every high level person in the Trump campaign and administration has denied this, including Vice President Mike Pence, who surely was in the know about Flynn.

Seriously? Did you see what

Seriously? Did you see what Flynn actually plead guilty to lying about? Nothing about collusion, nothing about the election. And he's going to testify that he was ordered to contact the Russkies? BFD. Of course somebody associated with a newly elected administration is going to be charged with contacting foreign governments. Democrats are going to go blind whacking off over this and nothing is going to come of it.

Domino's? They suck, of

Domino's? They still suck, of course but they're not falling. I'll take a double pepperoni unless you can call someone else.

This is almost as good as Tillerson getting canned. 'Multiple sources reporting . . ' and then ' . . who started this one?'

Numerous sources are reporting that Fair Share is not in control of his senses, and is not fit to hold the office he holds.

His tweets are bizarre; and his skin color shows a disregard for those around him.

@johnw: He already plead

@johnw: He already plead guilty, and he's stated that he's cooperating with Mueller.

source: https://www.wsj.com/articles/mike-flynn-to-plead-guilty-to-lying-to-the-...
"Given his cooperation, Mr. Flynn is expected to face at most six months in prison, depending on his “substantial assistance in the investigation or prosecution of another person who has committed an offense,” according to his plea agreement.

Prosecutors didn’t elaborate Friday on who else they may be looking at. Mr. Flynn pleaded guilty to one count of lying to the FBI, but a “statement of the offense” filed in connection with his plea detailed additional wrongdoing, including lying on a regulatory form about his private work directed by Turkish government officials. Mr. Mueller’s decision not to file more serious charges against Mr. Flynn led many legal experts to infer that Mr. Flynn is providing significant information.

“Mueller would not have accepted an agreement to plead to a single charge absent an arrangement of some sort, and presumably that is Flynn’s truthful testimony about other matters within Mueller’s jurisdiction,” said Paul Rosenzweig, a former federal prosecutor who was a deputy to special counsel Kenneth Starr during his investigation of President Bill Clinton.

In a statement Friday, Mr. Flynn said, “I recognize that the actions I acknowledged in court today were wrong, and, through my faith in God, I am working to set things right.” He added: “My guilty plea and agreement to cooperate with the Special Counsel’s Office reflect a decision I made in the best interests of my family and of our country. I accept full responsibility for my actions.”

ABC News suspends Brian Ross

ABC News suspends Brian Ross for 4 weeks over erroneous Flynn story

SOURCE

" . . Citing a single anonymous source, Ross told viewers during an ABC special report on Friday morning that Flynn was prepared to testify that Donald Trump, as a candidate for president, told him to contact Russians.

During Friday's edition of "World News Tonight," Ross walked back his report, telling viewers that the source who had provided the initial information for his story later told him that it was as president-elect, not as a candidate, that Trump asked Flynn to contact Russians . . "

There you go worrying about

There you go worrying about Sharia law again, AC.

There is nothing in Sharia law mandating imprisonment of homosexuals, you moron. Judge Roy Moore, however, has on many occasions stated that it should be codified into US law.

At least some Muslim clerics

At least some Muslim clerics disagree with you, moron.

“God is very straightforward about this — not we Muslims, not subjective, the Sharia is very clear about it, the punishment for homosexuality, bestiality or anything like that is death,” Muslim cleric Sheikh Khalid Yasin said in a YouTube video posted online. “We don’t make any excuses about that, it’s not our law — it’s the Koran.”

If a citizen tells an FBI

If a citizen tells an FBI agent that something is none of your damn business, that citizen may have lied to that FBI agent in the opinion of some government lawyer. That lawyer can charge the citizen with lying to a law enforcement officer. That is the situation with LtGen Flynn today. He is an honorable man with a long distinguished career, but deep state is still in control in our government. Drain the swamp! Don't talk to these people.

Flynn was paid a half million

Flynn was paid a half million dollars to “consult” for a Turkish dictator who kills dissenters and thinks democracy and freedom is bullshit. That’s “honorable”? What the hell is your definition of “swamp,” Ek?

Sorry to drag this thread

Sorry to drag this thread kicking and screaming back to the topic, but yes, there was no collusion, but clearly there is something that someone above Flynn has done that Mueller is putting together a case against.

So, either Trump (unlikely, as I've stated before), Pence (extremely unlikely, he seems to be out of the loop on a lot of stuff like this), or Jared Kushner (the most likely, given his position at the time, and the fact that the others seem less likely.)

Everyone else that was relevant during that time is either gone (Bannon), or below Flynn's position.
