I absolutely detest the taste of Aspartame, and I can instantly detect it if I accidentally buy a product containing the stuff. They even put it in some microwave Kettle Corn these days. Based on this side-effect information, I guess my instincts were correct. People who use a lot of diet soda and other foods containing aspartame need to review the list of symptoms if they're having any health problems.
