In a subpoena, Yes on 8/NOM want Fred Karger...to surrender all records associated with his investigation.
NOM/Yes on 8...plaintiffs...named every major California state election official...as defendants.
The court served [Karger] a subpoena [9/5] requir[ing] him to produce all e-mails, correspondence, faxes.., web site information dealing with his Californians Against Hate activities...back to 1/1/1/08 [and] financial records [and] details on how he obtained information for...research and how he disseminated it.

NOM and Yes on 8 are plaintiffs in U.S. District Court in Sacramento and have named every major California state election official, including the attorney general, secretary of state and all five members of the Fair Political Practices Commission, as defendants.
Is this going to happen in Maine? I can hear the shredders running as we speak... Can you say: "impeding an investigation?"
