Have they thrown out the contention that he was bound w/duct tape? Or how have they explained that away? That would at least involve an accomplice in the suicide.

The article explains the process somewhat. I'd expect that if there was any chance the locals were covering up, Washington would be all over this.

So, if Washington has superior $$, manpower and forensic labs,and has a motive to implicate local (conservative) yahoos, but does not, why not IF there is some chance this is a murder? Is it a murder dressed up like a suicide dressed up like a murder?
