My father went in for a heart check up about 5 months ago. He had a genetic abnormal aortic valve that the doctors found. After the surgery...they said they were amazed that he lived as long as he has with the problem....
I wonder if there isn't some Marfan's Syndrome involved with Paul Baldacci's death. Lincoln had Marfan's, and it's normally found in tall, very thin people. One of the primary symptoms consists of valve and heart problems, and it can be fatal.
John Baldacci certainly looks as if he'd be a candidate for it as well, judging from his appearance.

No disrespect intended, but tall????
Well, okay, then - thin. And he really does look like the classic folks who have the syndrome.

Tony, I don't see why this should be deleted. It's newsworthy, and I see other stories on AMG that are much less newsworthy.
We may not agree with the Governor on anything politically, but he is a good guy, and him and his family deserve our prayers at this time.
