Independent, whomever you are, might be the kind of person who preaches slogans to kids without educating them on the facts; producing the foolish "Save the Elephants, Don't Buy Ivory Soap" posters. Elephants are killed for their ivory, so we can't make soap out of it? Or, maybe you're the teacher who, instead of praising a little girl for a beautiful drawing of a whale, destroyed her ego by writing "Endangered" all over her painting?Give me a break! Save the children. The whole point of her column is the damage to little one's minds from political inculcation by environazis who spew politically correct cliches with little fact or substance. If the ogre in Grimm's fairy tales frightened little European children, the environmental movement is the 21st Century counterpart.
