Freedom Watch Sues Facebook Google Twitter Apple

"Freedom Watch, a government watchdog, has filed a class action lawsuit against Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Apple alleging antitrust violations and claiming the companies stifle the voice of conservatives. President Donald Trump has commented on the same problem. The lawsuit was announced by the group’s founder, Larry Klayman, writes NewsMax."

How ironic a " government watchdog group" who evident;ly wants government to intercede in a business

I believed it was possible to

I believed it was possible to sue them again, once they breached their own defense ( "we're only a platform, not a publisher - we don't edit content") by censoring content.

Apparently at least some lawyers agree, but will a judge?

Where was this suit filed?

Good question.

Good question.

My platform my rules.
Mr. Jones can say anything he wants but not here.
I do not wish to hear his words he can still say them just not here.

What words did they censor ?

How many subscription have they gotten since this announcement ?

Who are the"other lawyers who agree" ?

The basis of this is based on a report. How come they aren't suing ?

Is there a right that requires anyone to listen ?
