So females can do anything... except when they don't want to do it.
Which is, if course, perfectly ok!
Actually I think that's one of the arguments as to the cause of gender pay inequality - that men are willing to do shittier (in the lifestyle sense) work, which tends to pay more for a given skillset requirement (as a simple result of supply and demand).
So, a male lawyer might be more willing to burn 100 hours a week at a firm trying to make partner while a female lawyer would only do that until she could get an in-house counsel job (which pays less but is only 50 hours a week).
