National Convention shows Green Party is a Political Home for the Occupy Movement
Whether it was the slew of Occupiers turned candidates, such as US Congressional Candidate Ursula Rozum of Syracuse, NY, or State Senate candidate Asher Platts of Portland, Maine, or the attendance of prominent figures within the movement such as Captain Ray Lewis, Margaret Flowers, Rev. Pinsky of Batten Harbor, MI, or the Wisconsin Capital Occupation organizer-turned-Jill Stein-campaign-manager Erika Wolf, this year at the 2012 Green Party convention it became incredibly clear that the Occupy Movement has a political home in the Green Party.

This is where we separate.
The Green party is a blur on reality.
Sure it's Ron Paul.
Sure it's Occupy.
Sure it's legalization of drugs.
Sure it's all about environmentalism.
Sure it's about the tea party.
Really?
I've heard all of these.
I'm going to take some time out to figure this out, eventually,
The word "green" has become a waste of use.
Everyone uses it now.
Purple's out- unions.
Brown- too racist.
Black- again.
Yellow- again.
Um wait, maybe blue, oh Dems.
Red- otherwise.
Pink- darn taken, (for a good reason with there robins and all).
Fuchsia?
Humm, kind of gay/ guy?
How about a hunter green with a shade of deer blood soaked in just to keep the pesky tree huggers off?
Anyone?

Can the Ron Paul movement take over the Green Party in Maine too? They think along the same lines anyway.
