So, I'm reading a book which, in the opening chapters, references the House Banking Scandal (1992). He mentions that Barney Frank is among those who wrote bad checks.

My curiosity gets the better of me, and I go digging to see who else I did not recognize then but might now, might be on that long list, but I can only find 22 names.

(I did, in the course of some other fact-tracking, find mention of the fact that Senator Barbara Boxer wrote 143 overdraft checks (for a total of $41,417) during that scandal.)

In any event, can anyone point me to -- or tell me who are -- the other 333 representatives involved?

Does anyone else even have a memory of this scandal?

GOOGLE search "1992 house check scandal"
there are several links to pursue.
I don't remember it but I bet James A. Traficant Jr., D. OH, had something to say from the House floor.
I'll see if any of his 1 minute speeches mention this.
