Down deep in the story is a very newsworthy Maine angle: One of the lefty grandees who attended this George Soros-hosted event was none other other than the principal owner of the Portland Press Herald and the other Maine Today newspapers.
But did Mainers get to read any of the details about this gala gathering of very, very rich left wingers in the pages of Donald Sussman's newspapers? Not so I noticed. Did anyone else read about it in any Maine paper?
Thanks Bluejay. I think it works now. The article is from the Free Beacon, a relatively new Washington conservative publication. Please let me know if you still can't see it. I think it shows how high multi-millionaire Sussman is in the Dem hierarchy.
The WFB story incorrectly names Donald Sussman as a Board member of the DA.
He probably is a "partner."
There is a Susman on the Board, and her name is Ellen.

mainemom raises a very good point about S. Donald Sussman on Democracy Alliance's board. According to DA's web site Mr. Sussman is not on the board. Let's see who will be first to arrive at the truth.

Sussman is not on that list - not today.
I copied and pasted it on the 9th just before I posted it. When we see stuff like this it's important to copy and paste it along with the date as I did above. When MacDonald Trust bought thousands of acres of land from the old Great Northern, they crowed on their web site about their "triumph". You see, MacDonald Trust is one of the many arms of the Nature Conservancy octopus. I noted the web site, went to work and when I got home that afternoon it was gone.
Copy and paste is your friend.
