NBC’s Today Show aired a story about internet guns sales back in February of this year. Now that the Colorado shooting took place they have dug up the old investigative story and are pounding it onto the air waves for more fueling of the gun debates. They brough it up again today!
Their theory is that anyone that has a criminal record could buy a firearm through a private sale. Well how is this relevant to the Colorado shooting when the media outlets all attempted to find a criminal record on the shooter and only came up with a traffic ticket?
I don’t think they realize that I can go out on the internet and buy a fully functional military surplus tank. I have no reason to own one, but I could of I didn't want to bother with gun sales.
Here is some food for thought: they haven’t attempted to blame the creators of the Dark Knight series for the shooters criminal impulses. Insted they choose to go on about his guns.
