Obama Administration assumes legislative power over welfare-trashes Constitution!

"Today, the Obama Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released an official policy directive rewriting the welfare reform law of 1996. The new policy guts the federal work requirements that were the foundation of the reform law. The Obama directive bludgeons the letter and intent of the actual reform legislation."
Actually, what the Obama Administration is doing is an act of tyranny which circumvents Congress’ exclusive legislative authority and ignores a duly passed Law of the United States. The fact is, our Constitution states in crystal clear language that:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution…
Additionally, the President, as stated in our Constitution, Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
And how has the Republican Party Leadership in Congress responded? On July 18th they introduced legislation that would prohibit the Obama Administration from exempting States from abiding by laws of the United States. What? And under what part of our Constitution is our President granted a power to ignore Laws of the United States in the first place, or exempt States from abiding by the laws of the United States? The irrefutable fact is, there is no such power granted to the President.
So, instead of the Republican Party Leadership in Congress addressing the Obama Administration’s act of tyranny by immediately filing a case in the United States Supreme Court which has original jurisdiction in such matters, they decided to put on a good show and pass another piece of legislation which Obama can thumb his nose at.
And why does the Republican Party Leadership fail to file suit in the Supreme Court, or better yet, draw up articles of impeachment to have these tyrants removed from office? The answer is quite simple ___ they too have been complicit in exercising such extraordinary powers when a Republican has held the office of president.
And so, the bread and circus show continues, the constant whittling away at our constitutionally limited system of government goes on, and is now so pervasive that the President has assumed legislative authority to impose his will without the consent of the people’s elected members of Congress who have been vested with the sole power to enact legislation.
When will the American people, in spite of their political party affiliation, rise to the occasion to defend our Constitutionally limited system of government and punish all those in Washington who use their office of public trust to impose their whims and fancies upon the people, and without their consent?

America we have a problem! We have a group of DOMESTIC ENEMIES in Washington whose mission is in fact to destroy America from within ___ the dismantling of our military defensive power; the allowance of our borders to be overrun by foreign invaders, the diluting of our election process by allowing ineligible persons to vote; the circumvention of our Republican Form of Government which is now replaced with a 12 member committee vested with power to make law; the destruction of our manufacturing capabilities; the transferring of America’s technology to hostile foreign nations; the strangulation of our agricultural industry and ability to produce food under the guise of environmental necessity; the destruction of our nation’s health care delivery system, the interference with our ability to develop our natural resources, namely oil, to fuel our economy; the looting of both our federal treasury and a mandatory retirement pension fund; the brainwashing of our nation’s children in government operated schools; the trashing of our nation’s traditions and moral values; the creation of an iron fisted control unauthorized by our written Constitution over America’s businesses, industries and labor; the devaluation of our nation’s currency, and, the future enslavement of our children and grand children via unbridled debt and inflation, not to mention an iron fisted government which intends to rule their very lives!
Mandatory Work Requirements
Just for the record, it seems there is a whole lot of Obamaloney being dished out by our beloved pinko media which pretends the MANDATORY WORK REQUIREMENTS of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996may be waive by Obama and his Administration under Section 1115 of the Act.
But the legislation states:
SEC. 415. WAIVERS.
`(B) NO EFFECT ON NEW WORK REQUIREMENTS- Notwithstanding subparagraph (A), a waiver granted under section 1115 or otherwise which relates to the provision of assistance under a State program funded under this part (as in effect on September 30, 1996) shall not affect the applicability of section 407 to the State.
And sec. 407 is as follows:
SEC. 407. MANDATORY WORK REQUIREMENTS.
`(a) PARTICIPATION RATE REQUIREMENTS-
`(1) ALL FAMILIES- A State to which a grant is made under section 403 for a fiscal year shall achieve the minimum participation rate specified in the following table for the fiscal year with respect to all families receiving assistance under the State program funded under this part:
Bottom line is, Sec. 407 lays out the work requirements which shall not be affected by a waiver granted under section 1115!
Romney was not wrong when he stated Obama is trying to gut the very essence of the Act.

If we can make 51 percent of America’s population dependent upon an Obama welfare/food stamp, section 8 housing check, we can then bribe them for their vote, keep ourselves in power and keep the remaining portion of America’s hard working productive population enslaved to pay the bills ____ Obama’s Marxist game plan, a plan to establish a federal plantation and redistribute the incomes which labor, business and investors have worked to create.

Another Obamaloney tale
I thought Obama wanted everyone to have skin in the game and contribute their “fair share”. Seems he once again proves himself to be the liar many of us knew he was from the very beginning.
In regard to everyone having skin in the game and contributing their “fair share”, there was a time in America when the unproductive, unemployed who now sit on their duffs collecting government checks, who live in Section 8 housing and eat via food stamps, were all expected and required to contribute their fair and equal share in meeting the expenses of government. A wonderful example of this principle is exhibited in the public laws of Maryland’s Dorchester County, under which all able bodied residents of the county above twenty and under fifty years of age were “compelled to labor two days at least in every year in repairing the roads of said county, with the privilege, however, of furnishing a substitute or paying to the road supervisors seventy-five cents for each day such person may be summoned to labor, the money thus paid to be expended in repairing the roads.”
And the law went on to indicate that “anyone neglecting or refusing to perform such labor, or to provide a substitute, or to pay seventy-five cents per day for each and every day he may be summoned to work, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon trial and conviction before a Justice of the Peace, shall be fined seventy-five cents for each day`s delinquency and costs, and shall stand committed until the fine and costs are paid.”___ SEE SHORT vs. STATE OF MARYLAND, decided February 27th, 1895, upholding the law and not violating (a) the 13th or 14th Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, or (b) the 40th section of Art. 3 of the Constitution of Maryland.
