The commies have a strong, decisive leader.

Our guy sucks.

This could be an ongoing thread.

Is Putin wearing a LL Bean "chamois" shirt? After he retires from being the most powerful man in the world, a position surrendered to him, he could become a very popular male model.

This is a bit of a stretch. I dislike Obama's policies and decision making impotence as much as the next right-minded person, but c'mon.

If knowing how to remove a fish from a hook makes you powerful and decisive, I would advise all of you to watch out for my 10 year old. He is going to rule the world.

Well, I'd guess your 10 year old is probably more manly than Obama.

We could compare their similarities, they are both totalitarians.

How about a caption contest on that Obama photo of him eating the ice cream?

If he's not, I've got a problem. Hell, Michelle Obama is much more manly than her husband. She should be holding the umbrella for him.

This thread gives the "Thanks for expensive coffee, Obama" thread a run for the AMG Achievement in Stupidity award.

Matt come on, get with the program, post a picture of Stalin in full regalia against a picture of FDR in his wheel chair, if you can find one.

Putin’s fish is nothing to write home about, it looks more like bait then a catch. However this thread is amusing and caused be to bellow out a good laugh.

How about this one of Obama: It looks like he is about to get rejected as he leaps and has no ups.

Ooh, that hurt!

Jumping against a white guy no less, is there a fallacy in the whole attributes of the brothers, check out Putin's pants, did he stick a trout down there, before he took the last fish off? Or is that just a swiss army in his pocket?

I'm not a fan of President Obama. I don't think he's a strong, or effective leader for the USA. I don't care for his politics.

However, whenever I think of Vladimir Putin and what he represents, these images come to mind:

Alexander Litvinenko, Prior to Being Poisoned by Thallium

Alexander Litvinenko at University College Hospital; dead at 43.

Poisoning of Alexander Litvinenko

Alexander Litvinenko was a former officer of the Russian Federal Security Service, FSB and KGB, who escaped prosecution in Russia and received political asylum in the United Kingdom. He wrote two books, Blowing up Russia: Terror from within and Lubyanka Criminal Group, where he accused the Russian secret services of staging Russian apartment bombings and other terrorism acts to bring Vladimir Putin to power.

On 1 November 2006, Litvinenko suddenly fell ill and was hospitalized. He died three weeks later, becoming the first confirmed victim of lethal polonium-210-induced acute radiation syndrome.[1] According to doctors, "Litvinenko's murder represents an ominous landmark: the beginning of an era of nuclear terrorism".[2][3][4]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poisoning_of_Alexander_Litvinenko

Litvenenko died a horrific, slow, excruciating death, leaving behind a widow and young family - most likely in return for his writings about Putin. Litvenenko isn't the only person who has been assassinated by the Putin regime, or its supporters.

When I look at Putin, I see a dangerous thug. I don't see Putin, or what he represents, as anything worthy of emulation.

And who would you rather have protecting YOU - Putin or Obama?

Putin is tough, ruthless, a KGB killer. He's running circles around our curtain-hanger.

Here's some more comparasions to our leader:

Now, I'm sure you can find tough or wimpy photos of any public figure. But tell me the truth, is our leader a wuss, or what?

Well, at least we're seeing his best side.

Anyway, I rest my case.

Like I said, I'm no fan of President Obama.

However, thuggery and despotism isn't anything to celebrate.

But you didn't find a picture of FDR in a wheel chair. I'm with Naran, I don't want someone like Putin "protecting" our country. Nor do I want Obama "protecting" us, the similarities between Putin and Obama are greater than many Americans understand.

But FDR wasn't a wimp.

Look, we need someone who can stand up to other world leaders, not kowtow to them, and give away America's power and greatness. This guy is President Present. And it's his character and personality, I can't imagine the guy wielding a chainsaw or dropping a buck. It's not just a matter of his personal taste, it's that he just doesn't have the cojones or fortitude to do something like that.

Sure Reagan took vacations, but he could afford to, thing were going well.

But when the going gets tough, this guy gets going.

He is INCAPABLE of standing up to other world leaders.

He is incapable of standing up to other world leaders because he considers that America is not a sovereign state but just part of the collective. He was allowed to be elected because the collective groomed him for his role as their puppet.

I believe not many presidents have shown like Obama has, that someone else is in charge.

Al Gore and John Kerry should be president, and Putin is a pansy, because of the pix we can find on the internet.

I sure did not agree with many of the ideas that Bush I had, especially the "no-new-taxes" fold.

But I will say one thing for him. Numerous times the man flew an Avenger Torpedo bomber off, and onto, the heaving deck of an aircraft carrier, the most dangerous job in all of flying. And when Jap anti-aircraft fire shot out an oil line in his engine, he ditched the plane in the sea, another very dangerous activity, and he lived to fight another day.

He sure did not lack cojones, to put himself in that kind of personal danger.

Obama is most dangerous due to his personal ideology. Rather than trying to make America "Great" he just wants us to be one of the crowd, under controy of "elitists" like himself.

Also, Roosevelt had an unspoken agreement with the press that no one would photograph him in any situtation, such as struggling to get into a car, or in a wheelchair, something the obliging press went along with. Good luck finding that photo.

Bush 1 was shot down off Chichigima. If he hadn't been able to evade capture, he might (literally) have been eaten.
