This might be the best way the new white house has away around the 2nd amendment. Get as many Americans added to the No Fly List and then take away their guns.

Rahm Emanuel, if you are on No Fly List, No Gun!

May 15, 2007 Congressman Rahm Emanuel (D-IL) speaking at DC's annual Stand Up For a Safe America event sponsored by the Brady Center says if your name is on the terrorist no fly list you should not be allowed to own a gun.

Why are there so many names on the U.S. government's terrorist list?

In September 2007, the Inspector General of the Justice Department reported that the Terrorist Screening Center (the FBI-administered organization that consolidates terrorist watch list information in the United States) had over 700,000 names in its database as of April 2007 - and that the list was growing by an average of over 20,000 records per month.1 (See also this new March 2008 report.2 )
The U.S. Criminal Code defines domestic
terrorism as activities that (A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of
the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; (B) appear to be intended (i) to
intimidate or coerce a civilian population, (ii) to influence the policy of a government by
intimidation or coercion, or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction,
assassination, or kidnapping; and (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the
United States. 18 U.S.C. 2331 (2007).

Based on the U.S. Criminal Code, it would be very easy to place someone on the 'No Fly List.'

And they don't even have to tell you why you're on the list. How convenient.

Does anyone think this gang that is in the Whitehouse now gives a damn about a little thing like Constitutional Rights? To quote Archie Bunker (addressing the Meathead)
--"Don't go bothering the government about the Constitution"
