"Occupy Wall Street" Updates

I heard a story today from a friend, who will be known as (MR.X) to protect the identity of the person who spoke with a man he knows (MR.Y).
Mr.X indicated that Mr.Y has no job and barley gets by in life and has somehow managed to scrounge up the money to take a trip from Maine to Jacksonville, FL. Mr.Y has no other funds other then the money he just spend on a fair to get himself to FL. When Mr.X asked Mr.Y where he was going to stay when he got to Jacksonville, Mr.Y indicated he was going to work his way into the Occupy Jacksonville Camp and stay with them rather then rent a room.
I’m no making this up, this is what is going on with some of the Occupy Camps.
Who is supporting this rabble?
Teamsters Vote Official Support
with Obama and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on record as supporting the protests, many Democrats are likely hoping the encampments will just vanish.
The tents may be gone, but until Obama tackles the jobs crisis, the problem still remains
Has the illustrious Maine press corps been hounding Chellie Pingree to try to get her on the record as to whether she supports these protests?

And the UC Davis occupiers admit to provoking pepper spray by police

Report: Occupy Wall Street Protesters Bunk in $700-a-Night NYC Hotel
Posted on November 20, 2011 at 12:20pm by Madeleine Morgenstern
Two Occupy Wall Street protesters, one a key leader of the movement, stayed at a swanky, $700-per-night New York City hotel while their fellow protesters camped out in Zuccotti Park...
Peter Dutro, a member of Occupy Wall Street’s finance committee, and Brad Spitzer, a California-based analyst who attended demonstrations during a business trip, both stayed in the W New York Downtown Hotel
Some animals are just more equal than others, IMO
About 1,200 Los Angeles officers staged for hours outside Dodger Stadium before the raid. They were warned that demonstrators might throw everything from concrete and gravel to human feces at them.

30 Tons of Trash Hauled Away from "Occupy Los Angeles", Cost, 1 Million
Just a bunch of filthy animals living in the gutter.

Occupy Wall Streeter Lands Wall Street Job, Then Promptly Abandons Zucotti Park ? I guess she's an enemy of the movement now?
"Mic check! (mic check) Mic check! (mic check) we are the 99% and we want to keep people from voting because...uh, well, we don't really know..."
Is the "Occupy" movement dead already? Haven't seen any new news stories for a while. Unless they are just taking a break for the winter.

Long past time.
From Apollo's link, above:

Bloomberg said this morning that the nearly two-month-old shantytown in the city's bustling downtown had become a haven for criminals and a safety hazard.
"Unfortunately, the park was becoming a place where people came not to protest, but rather to break laws, and in some cases, to harm others," Bloomberg said.
