Raye [said], despite Michaud’s claims...he’s a moderate, [Michaud] has voted with...Obama and...Pelosi far too often, including on [Obamacare]....
Maine’s 2nd Congressional District is different now than...10 years ago.... Of...19 state Senate seats in the 2nd District, 15 are held by Republicans. Of the more than 70 House seats.., two-thirds are held by Republicans.
Many of those Republicans have helped turn Maine around over the last two years, Raye said....
Kevin Raye Kicking Off Campaign at Small Businesses

Brewer - Senate President Kevin Raye is kicking off his campaign for US congress by visiting small businesses in Maine's second district.
On Wednesday, he stopped by Getchell Brothers in Brewer.
Raye said it's small businesses like Getchell's that he will support if elected to congress.
"Maine’s 2nd Congressional District is different now than...10 years ago.... Of...19 state Senate seats in the 2nd District, 15 are held by Republicans. Of the more than 70 House seats.., two-thirds are held by Republicans."
That is exactly why we need Blaine Richardson to represent us from the Second District. He's conservative.
can mr. richardson point to maine's second congressional district on a map? is it not true that the last time he ran for congress it was in maine's first district claiming family property in Rockland as his residence? richardson's campaign kickoff this year was at the state house in augusta - also in the first congressional district.
Considering the gerrymandering of the congressional districts is that a prime issue?
Unfortunately the email I received for the event in Lewiston neglected to indicate the time of the event.....

Full moon Saturday night during the convention. Stranger things have happened.
We probably agree on more things than you realize Roger. ;-)
