Reloading 101

Decided to jump into reloading and I'm requesting advice/direction based on your experiences and know how.

Ammo to reload at this time includes .223, .243, .38 special, 357 mag, and 45 ACP, anticipating around 500 to 800 total rounds per month, but not every month.

I wish to avoid upgrading in the future so I would like to do it right the first time around. Anything you can offer regarding hardware like presses, polishers, chronographs, measuring and trimming tools, scales, dies, as well as brands of bullets, primers, powders, manuals, etc is welcome. Same for any tricks of the trade to do with storage, being organized, records, and the like.
