Nice one Jon!
The rest is half way down the page here:
Josie Huang's latest article still makes ZERO mention of expert testimony indicating Dirigo saved NOTHING....NOT over $200 million as Trish Riley originally claimed, not $140 million as revised, not the $43 million as wrongfully approved by the Dirigate Board.
And today the Kennebec Urinal printed only local letters (those generated from outside of Augusta area were rejected as generated by the GOP) to the editor about the Frary firing....4 to 1 complaining about censorship...and they wonder why their readership is DECLINING!!!!
It would appear editor Offer is scrambling to defend a decision to reject the Frary op ed on Dirigo and then dismiss the author. Why not ask for another topic for the next column and print the one already written? Why do so to lend the appearance of influence from Lee Umphrey and the Blaine House??
While the Josie Huang series on Christmas Day was a nice Offer, it was too little too late...still no presentation of the facts behind Dirigo saving nothing -- still no presentation of Dirigo having spent $53 million plus to supposedly save $43 million (that was fake in any event!)...still no presentation of Dirigo as a huge boondoggle that did nothing but employ bureaucrats, pollsters and neoliberal policy analysts to generate studies -- and insure a pinhole number of uninsured. No spotlight of truth on waste.
