Supremes wonder about how much land can be grabbed

Supremes wonder whether the federal government actually owns the rain that falls upon the earth.

We all know that the rain does fall and collects into wetlands, then drainage ways, then brooks then streams, but where does the federal control end over this water runoff and where does it become a federally protected navigable waters, the environs thinks it's begins at where it is seven inches below the surface, hard to even float a ATV at that point

If you are concerned about government control over your livelihood and property, this decision has far reaching consequences.

Neither is there a limit on what the Supremes think they have the right to rule on. Which is EVERYTHING!!!! You don't see Supreme power being given to the Supremes in the Constitution, they stole it from the people and the people let them. Concerning the GITMO ruling, The supremes have no enforcement arm, If I were GW, I'd ignore the ruling. Screw the men in black who think they're gods.
