Re: TABOR on the ballot?
I was just looking at the Secretary of State's website.... is TABOR on the ballot?

It's under "Citizen Initiative Petitions Currently Approved for Circulation for the 2006 Ballot"
see?

It would not surprise me if they are taking some time to count all of these petitions. My guess is that every single i and t are being inspected. I know Mary Adams was very methodical about how the signatures were gathered, but this petition is a time bomb and no one wants to be responsible for mistakes.

TABOR on the ballot?
i realize that... but by them posting it on the web site... does that mean that it's officially on the ballot?
No, that is its current status. I is approved for circulation to appear on the 2006 ballot. While the circulation time is expired it has not been formally approved and this the Secretary of State cannot certify that it will be on the 2006 ballot.
