UN small arms treaty? anyone up on this?

I've been seeing sound bites about this for some time but recently
am hearing about a July 27th signing by Mr. President to accept this treaty.

Not sure what impact exactly it will be to the average American gun owner, but
wondering if anyone studied up on this?

HAVE NOT studied it; but I think it will be law, unless intercepted, by the end of the year.
For more accurate info, contact the NRA. They are all over it.
